Benjamine Bovy

Benjamine Bovy joined Lawfirm STRUYVEN in September 2011.

Active in the life of the Brussels bar, she was commissioner at the Conference of the Young Bar and reentry speaker at the solemn sitting on the 22nd of January 2011, during which she delivered the speech entitled: “Au debout de nos peines…”. She also obtained the moot court award of the Brussels bar (prix Lejeune) in 2008.

Practice Areas

Graduate in Law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2004, Benjamine chose to complete her training with a degree in criminological sciences.

This curriculum has naturally led her to specialize in criminal matters, civil and financial law and family law.

Her practice concentrates around the study of criminal cases, the drafting of written procedure, the drafting of complaints and assistance to victims, pleadings before the criminal courts (police, correctional or assises). She equally assists her clients, natural or legal persons, in the pre-litigation phase (mediation, transaction, …).
